Postdoctoral Position (3 Years) on human iPSCs in neurodevelopmental disorders

The project will deal with the Analysis of Neuronal Populations Derived from Human iPS cells (hiPSCs) with deletions/duplications at the 16p11.2 chromosomal region. Carriers at 16p11.2 locus are characterised by neurodevelopmental symptoms such as intellectual disability and autism.  Several established iPSC lines will be differentiated toward cortical and subcortical lineages to determine alterations in the differentiation programme. Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses will be included.
